What's wrong with Question 7? Context: This question and the previous are alternatives, variations of which appear frequently in mail, online and self-administered patron surveys. Either question also could be asked in a phone survey, although in a phone survey this question\'s answer alternatives would have to be read to the respondent. These particular questions are shown exactly as worded in two recently completed surveys.
